Position Title:Executive Assistant/Office Manager (Full-time)
Job Description: Provide advanced assistance to company Executive(s) by performing various complex administrative support functions, typically of a confidential nature.
Screen mail and callers, respond to and route inquiries to appropriate personnel as necessary; determine importance and priority of various issues and determine what major issues should be brought to the attention of the company executive.
Coordinate, assist in planning, prepare agenda and monitor meetings; maintain and update iCal Calendar.
Independently manage multiple administrative projects and meet deadlines. May exercise judgment and discretion in completing assignment.
Handle highly confidential, sensitive and/or critical information, files, records and reports.
Make travel arrangements and scheduling for the executive team.
Organize CEO's office and maintain key corporate files.
Present a professional image in all business matters.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualification: Associates degree or higher. Minimum 3 years office management experience or executive assistant experience. Experienced in document management and filing. Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Good computer skills a must experienced in word processing (Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Mac Pages etc). Previous experience in using Mac iCal appointment setup. Position requires ability to work fairly independently with multiple protocols at a time. Having a high commitment to quality, attention to detail are essential.

Position Title:Clinical Research Coordinator (Full-time)
Job Description: Coordinators should be able to perform basic research skills such as consenting, blood sample collection/preparation/shipping, source document and case report form completion, query resolution, have good patient and caregiver interaction, able to communicate effectively with monitors and local vendors, and attend periodic investigator meetings. A thorough knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) is important. The ability to have a pleasant attitude toward work is a must. Qualification Requirements: Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical Clinical Research experience, FL licensed RN or LPN with IV infusion experience. Clinical Research Coordinator certification (CCRC) and ACLS certification a plus. Good computer skills a must. Position requires ability to work fairly independently with multiple protocols at a time. Having a high commitment to quality, attention to detail and patient care are essential.
